Decent app
This app is good for checking available minutes and data. Although it recently stopped showing the minutes credit accurately. The help feature is handy and genuine: I was contacted within 24 hours after I’ve raised a ticket from the app and the advisors were courteous and doing their best to help. If it wasn’t for the minutes credit bug, I would have given 5 stars.
Avance-moi feature faulty
I went for ‘avance moi’ option.I was unable to use it,there is no way to choose between calls/internet or to actually use them.But Orange deducted 200 mo from my new topup when I never used up the avance moi credit.
Also,impossible to purchase data with my UK visa debit card .
Worse App / Worse service
The app feels like one of those apps from 2005. Very slow and sometimes it doesn’t open for minutes.
Also, Orange Maroc in general is bad, I got my sim car when it was meditel but when they switched to orange I never had any positive impressions about them
