Operate Now: Hospital 17+

I love the game so much, it has a great concept and story line.

Normally I would complain about little things but I actually enjoy this, I like how much you can progress through the game, some days are quicker than others, sometimes you might need to wait a while for things to upgrade but that doesn’t matter because I don’t want to spend every waking moment playing games.

However, the African hospital, though it was a fantastic idea, it’s annoying that it only lasted a few days. I don't understand why it couldn’t have gone on longer or returned later on when the main hospital slows down a bit.

I don’t like how when you buy staff, you don’t get to pick who you have. For the price you pay, you’d hope to at least pick the category! I currently have 6 surgeons with need for only 1, and 2 doctors when I need more.

One more thing, the research projects. They are incredibly expensive, especially the more you progress, but that isn’t my problem. Like I previously said, I only have 2 doctors when I need more. I sent my best doctor and best nurse to do a research project, and after it was completed, they were never returned to me. Now now I have need for 3-4 doctors and only 1 doctor in my staff.
Why didn’t I get my staff back? Their status says busy when I try to assign them tasks, and when I look at my staff list it says they are assigned to research, even though the research finished. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have even bothered with the research projects.

This game is honestly really good but there are a few things that the developers could improve on but overall I would recommend this game. I found this through a friend and I’ve liked it ever since but I would say I haven’t played it in over a year because I’ve been having this glitch with this hospital game for some time. It always occurs even after I delete the app and reinstall it, it happens after I level up to level 2 (which makes the game completely disappointing because I don’t have to work for certain things) an absurd amount of doctors, nurses and surgeons unlock which includes some of the highest and hardest to unlock in the game. Plus I am currently on level 5 and have over 74 employees at the hospital even though I only have 1 break room, 1 ward, 1 ambulance garage and 1 reception. I’ve tried to find out the reasons why this maybe occurring but nothing seems to come up, I’ve tried going slower to complete tasks and waiting a few days in between before playing the game again but it never seems to stop. If anybody has or knows any ways to stop this from occurring I would be hugely grateful.

I really loved this came and concept, have been wanting to find something like this for a while. But it is so deeply frustrating to play. Firstly I can never get any new Dr staff as the recruitment option is just a random lucky dip. Problem with this the recruitment campaign is also really expensive so you can’t use it until you find the one you need as it takes days in between to get the money again! I have now used all my money and hearts running recruitment campaigns and just getting staff I can’t even use for facilities I don’t have and haven’t got anyone I need for the new departments I built which are now empty. You can’t even swap the staff you don’t need so you’re just stuck with them and cannot use them. I have spent days waiting for enough money to accumulate and after a week of doing this still haven’t progressed. Not to mention the ‘recruit staff’ task didn’t complete even after using recruitment campaign several times, finally some days later (and blowing all my resources again) it worked! Really need to think about the cost of these campaigns or let people choose based on who they need!! Otherwise it’s unplayable.
