MOST HORRIBLE NETWORK EVER
this is the biggest scam please stay away from them. I got a sim today and a package for pkr 1500 i activated my sim but it didnt work. i called customer service for help and they said its because my phone is temporary pta approved. i said that shouldnt be a problem because my sister has the same phone and the same network but hers was working. they said they couldnt help with it theres no problem at their end. i asked for a refund but they refused. so now i'm stuck with a sim that doesny work and wasted all my money on it.
Worst Network
I changed to Onic thinking it’s a new company so it will be better. But it’s the opposite, internet doesn’t work and I’ve been in touch with their customer support team and their advice is that apparently it will fix itself (which it hasn’t for a week). The network coverage is soo bad.
Worst Network Worst Staff
Worst network. The most unprofessional staff. Signals just go off anytime. Data speed not so good. Don’t waste your money by switching to this crap.
