Can’t receive my money
First my friend sent me 150 pounds on the weekend, I couldn't get it for four days, but the support assured me that everything is in order and I need to wait more, on the fifth day I wrote again and I was asked for more information about the shipments, I answered everything, after which I was asked to wait, I felt safe and thought that everything would work out, so the next day I sent another 200 pounds from my Monese account on OneFore to make a purchase on the Binance exchange and after 10 minutes my account was deactivated without the ability to enter, I did not receive any letters from support, there is no opportunity to enter the live chat either, if you want to save your money, do not use this bank ever
DO NOT USE THIS APP
Firstly the customer support is absolutely terrible I am very dissatisfied & disappointed that when I tried uploading my Form of ID it got Rejected twice and a lot of my friends Use this app Hence why I wanted an account.
I got in touch with support and they wouldn’t give me a valid reason so for this I’m rating this app 1 star please note if you download this you will be waitinging a very long time to get verified as it says 2minutes verification more like 2 years!!

I don’t need a call from support on helping me before i even use the app and never requested help.
