One Islam TV 4+

Oftentimes I would look for lectures on you tube for myself and my children and would find ads come up (some inappropriate with music)! It defeated the whole point of listening to an Islamic lecture! I’m so glad I came across this… it’s literally like you tube but with all islamic content and no ads and no videos popping up that take children away from deen. So many great scholars to learn from. I’m currently on part 6 of Prophet Adam (as) with Shaykh Hasan Ali and so much I’ve learnt despite being a student of knowledge (very early years) I feel there was information in these lectures that I hadn’t learnt yet and answered so many questions that I had in my head from when I was young. Been watching this with my kids and they love it too! I would make one suggestion: if age restriction can be applied to some videos as some topics are not age appropriate e.g adolescent years, zina, drugs etc

I want to say this app overall is fantastic. It is very simple and easy to browse and there are interesting videos to watch. Easily accessible and far better than other entertainment apps which may include fitna, this app you wouldn’t have to worry. The Pros exceed the cons by miles.

However, I will mention a couple drawbacks which you could take on to improve this app insha’Allah.

1 - When browsing through a category, like the prophetic series, the order of the videos are in reverse. Meaning, when the video ends and the countdown arises for the next, the previous/older video plays instead. This can be fixed.

2 - Can you put a seperate page where there are categories, and you could click on to get the videos you want? I was scrolling down in the home page and came across certain videos with scary thumbnails which I didn’t exactly want to see in the night.
