Good service, good value for money cheaper then most for great quality cars and we use them for every trip to Spain ,five star from me
Hidden fees, avoid!
Hired a car for a week with ok mobility as they were the cheapest on online comparison sites. However they don’t advertise all their fees which include £1500 deposit, £250 holding fee for road tolls, and £19 fee on top of petrol to fill your car. If you don’t have a credit card (they don’t accept Amex) you are required to pay for mandatory £250 premium insurance on top - and looking at the t&cs it doesn’t even cover what you would expect it should. Avoid this company!
Difficult
I have to use the App and the quotes are more expensive as the website continues to prevent payment. It’s extremely frustrating and not being able to contact the provider is quite ridiculous. Very poor customer service. I have spoken to the lovely people at the check in desks but they aren’t able to get anything done. Shame
