Pre-loading and caching of current shiur to improve playback and seeking in low-bandwidth or choppy environments (like when driving in tunnels).
New globally replicated CDN for optimized delivery of audio.
Fixes:
Shiurim are marked as played when (previously 100% was required including dead space at the end).
Downloaded shiurim are ordered by date-downloaded instead of date-recorded.
