Used to find it very helpful. But there seemed to be some updates and I cannot even open the app now. :(

Hi there, to get things running smoothly, just in case, please try deleting and reinstalling the app. Typically that shouldn’t even be necessary. If you’re still having trouble, shoot us an email at itsuki.hana@proton.me, and we’ll take a closer look!

An earlier update and/or April change to the tariff meat that the app cannot display prices and the watch complication no longer worked. Now we are in to April the latest change allowed me to update my tariff and display the agile rates on the phone widget. The watch complication didn’t work at first but later that restarted so all fixed now. Thanks for being responsive on this and fixes great app! Best one I’ve found for the Octopus
