Dreadful
Just dire, nothing works. App is devoid of any presets, go to the store and all the preset packs have a padlock symbol when pressed, i.e. you can't buy them even if you wanted to. Also it seems you cannot even program your own presets??
What use is a synth that makes it impossible to get a note out of?
(Rhetorical question... none to me.).
I finally got it working
After getting through the headache of signing in, it works well. A bit glitchy but the sounds and the ease of use is what I like about this app. The sounds seem to be rich sounding and full, really good clear sound quality….The AUv3 works works but also needs a sweep…so whereas I gave 0 stars previously ( I was forced into giving one star) I will definitely give OCTANE its due…4 stars potential for 5 once the glitches are ironed out
Trying to hoodwink iPadOS users
I don’t appreciate having an app listed as free and then as soon as we open it up finding you have to pay for it. If it is your intention to charge for the app then make it clear from the start. Pretty scummy thing to do.
