Unable to login
I created an account in old nusuk app and was able to access my account easily but with this version I am unable to login! Despite many many attempts . I’m using iPhone se, apple software version 15.8. Then I tried to login with a different phone and it turned out that the login page is not scrolling down enough to show the login button further down . This needs sorting out by the developers.

FAMILIES AND CHILDREN CANNOT COME. disabled and elderly also excluded
what about children? to enter as a family you are supposed to book one person and you have to have one device for each person. now what about children booking? it’s completely crazy, you can tell that not a lot of thought was put into it. because for children included— how is each child meant to have their OWN PHONE and own device and book one for each person? or the elderly? what about people who have no phones? insane idea. and disabled people? you want to not include children, disabled people and the elderly. who even is the target audience? we are all muslims intending to come here for reasons, and you want to make it complicated for why? some people travelled so long to come here for hours and only for these sometimes rude workers to disrespect them. in a muslim country. fix up your system, treat your visitors with respect and include children and disabled people INCLUDE EVERY MUSLIM! we are all equal!
if you want to have this app (that is awful by the way, please improve it by also looking at other critical reviews as well as mine) THEN AT LEAST make it one booking per family. not one device at a time to book for each person. how ridiculous. how is everyone meant to have a phone? how are children and elderly and disabled people each meant to have a smartphone each? not everybody does. have some compassion and awareness. inshallah this advice will be taken seriously
Bad customer service
We can only book 1once a year if you have a problem and if you miss the time slot you won’t be able to book again after 1 year( no matter even if you spent all your saving to go visit Madina )
I was doing umrah and it was very packed , Madina it’s 2h by train 5h by car therefore I couldn’t go on time to Madina as I planned beforehand . I tried explaining my situation once I got to Medina but they ( the ones wearing a Brown Vest with white khamis ) wouldn’t even let me explain my situation even if you came from a very far country to see the Rahwda they won’t care at all . I can’t believe that one of the staff screamed at me to the point I cried… he was like “Do you not understand English?! ! …
I said NO !NO !NO ! “ even my parent don’t cream at me .My partner as man to man tried talking to him but he was like “I’m the boss” , well you are clearly Not because there is A higher Manager (who was very professional) than him which was very nice and who let me explain my issue after verifications and proofs of travel and more he let me in alhamdulilah it wasn’t easy but he acted rightly and calmly . If I was a newly converted Muslim and experienced this problem I would be very disappointed with how badly other Muslims treat other Muslims .Women staff are not any better ! . This app needs to at least have some cancellation beforehand to rebook if you can’t make it on time for example. Like a redemption book even for a fee if it’s necessary
