The biggest issue with this App, is you keep being logged out. Every time I open the App I have to log in again, it’s very annoying!

Other improvements that could be made:

1) When you have a £10 monthly plan that has Unlimited Calls and Texts, it shows as 3000 mins and 3000 texts, Should just say ‘Uld’ - Like it does on the website. Data doesn’t update on Home page like it does on ‘View Details’ page.

2) You should be able to choose a different debit card to pay for service on each SIM (makes family SIM management easier) and add Nicknames to cards (like you can the SIMs) to make them easier to distinguish.

3) You can only see the Expiry date of your plan on the ‘View Details’ screen (and the text is very small). It should be visible on the card on the Home page.

4) You should be able to start your next month early if you run out of data.

5) It would be nice if the App had an Apple Widget you could put on your phones Home Screen showing your remaining Data. Hardly any networks have this, and it would be a super useful feature.

After moving from giffgaff due to very poor data/call service, Now (on EE) seems to be a lot better - We will see how it goes long term.

We also appreciate your ideas on selecting different payment cards for each SIM and adding card nicknames for easier family management; this is under review for potential future improvements. Enhancing the visibility of plan expiry on the homepage is also a priority for us. Additionally, early plan renewal is a feature we’re exploring, and your input is helpful in shaping this option. The idea of an Apple widget to display remaining data is unique and useful, and we’ll look into this for future updates. Simple app with a good UI which does exactly what I wanted. Instead of using the website to constantly check usage, this provides it for both my sims in 1 quick place.

The only problem, like the website, the history log takes its sweet time to load and can only display history for last 7 days.

Edit: it would also be helpful if login details could be saved, or access app using face/Touch ID. Frustrating that even the email login field can’t be auto-populated using my own contact details.
