Useful for communal tenement repairs
I used this to organise a repair between 8 owners in my building. I was the only one to use the app but I found it super helpful to keep everything together and organised. It produced out some easy documentation to send to owners not using the app. The Helpdesk team were extremely helpful with info and helping with any issues needed. I would definitely use this again for any additional repairs in the building!

Shared tenement, uncooperative tenant, novoville was a lifesaver
Shared tenement between a few owners, one who refused any engagement, we reached out to the council who recommended we use this app for a shared bank account. Impeccable customer service, everything went through quickly and works were completed much faster than anticipated. Would honestly recommend them to anyone! 10/10

Making common repairs easier to organise
Started using this and it’s great. But what is even better is the support you get from the help desk. Issues being resolved, extra guidance where needed and willing to take on board suggestions for amendments/improvements. This is a great app and also looks great too
