Surveys take longer than stated, questions repeated, surveys that don’t work after the first two questions. Surveys closed when you click on them but you are the one that has to remove them……I could go on but what’s the point.

I have no major problems with the app: works as described, surveys can be completed and rewards received, and cashed in, even when screened out you receive something - even if only entries for the prize draw.
My only current nag is that the app is still showing the screen asking me to complete a survey through the app by the end of the month to enter a draw: I’ve completed several through the app, so I’m not clear on whether it’s registered the fact and the message stays there regardless … or whether it’s not recorded how I’ve completed them (I do also use the website, as that links directly from the emails.)

I recently participated in surveys through the Norstat platform. Upon completing a study last month, I received 700 points as a reward. However, to my surprise, I received an email shortly after informing me that my account had been deactivated due to "irregular/suspicious activity."

No specific examples or evidence were provided to support this accusation. This lack of transparency and the immediate deactivation following the reward notification raise serious concerns about the fairness and legitimacy of this action.

The deactivation has resulted in the forfeiture of all my earned rewards, including the 700 points awarded for the study completed last month. This is a significant loss and a considerable disappointment, especially considering the lack of due process and the absence of any concrete evidence to justify this drastic measure.

I strongly advise potential participants to exercise caution when using the Norstat platform. The company's handling of this situation demonstrates a lack of transparency, fairness, and respect for its panelists.
