You will not find a better place to store your wealth than Nexo. Their customer service is amazing and 24/7 Their security is amazing. Just to change an email address for your account has some proper protocol's. Banks could learn from Nexo. I picked them 4 years ago when I first started getting in to crypto when I had a choice of Celsius, blockfi etc and in deep diving Nexo just stood out and as we have seen all the others collapsed! It wasn’t luck it was there ethos’s ,there transparency and service. Nexo is a power house for finance. Make sure you go platinum by having over 10% of your wealth on Nexo as that will be one hell of an investment for this bull run (not financial advice) Thank you to all the team at Nexo because of your hard work and amazing ethics as a company I can sleep well knowing my wealth stored with you is safe. Yes people say not your keys not your crypto but there has to be a safe custodial place for your money especially for mass adoption as self custody is hard for most people. Nexo is the answer in my humble opinion. Just do yourself a favour if your borrowing and take time to understand how Nexo works and turn on all the auto features to keep you in check so you don’t get liquidated as so many complaints you see about Nexo are people not understanding how Nexo works and want someone to blame for not reading how they work. Basically the best.
I’ve been playing around with crypto since around 2014, and my only regret with Nexo is I never found them til 2018.. ( which is about when they started!) so I must of been an early user - however Nexo was probably the 20th exchange I’d used or joined up and funded. I quickly realised Nexo were different. Initially I used to mull over whether my money was in the right place, should it be in blockfi or Celsius ? Time answered that one and gladly my money was in the right place.
I’ve watched them grow and become everything a crypto enthusiast needs. I’ve had numerous interactions with their support over the years. This is probably one of the reasons I’m still a customer, they were and still are a different league to the rest.
I’m proud to say I’ve been with Nexo since the start, I know them very well indeed and I trust them more now with my money than I ever have. I’m excited to see what the future brings. Well done Nexo

Great company for staking and User Friendly
Nexo have some really good products particularly there staking options. One of the best for cashing out in the UK and extremely low fees/none compared to Binance and Coinbase that have a lot of hidden fees/margins. For example to cash out on CB you would be paying potentially 3-5% in hidden while their are none on Nexo.
Tier system is smart too.
Some downsides (not complains just things I wish they had)
- more staking options for more common coins would be nice and for coins which aren’t stackable to not count towards the accounts weighting for your tier.
- be nice to bring back in the UK cash back on purchases for tiers and referral program as they where really good and I got a few people on to Nexo that have sticked about!
- more transparency in terms of LQ and how assets are managed. Currently it’s just words on paper and no 3rd party public audits ( I don’t know the companies situation but this might bring more consumer and investor confidence?)
Anyways great product and I think that NEXO and its native coin have some real upside potential over the coming decade if they continue to deliver the level of service now + and also adding more products and features because for a retail investor, it’s got by far the best products on the market.
