Does what it says on the box

Great app, easy to navigate and view your instalment plans. Setup my direct debit quickly and haven’t had any issues.

Awful! Disgraceful company

Keep putting £12 charges on for late payments and have put me from 0% interest contract to a 49.9% interest because of these ‘late charges’ but I noticed they were taking my Direct debit out LATE and then blaming me for them bouncing back. I have direct debits set up on that date for a reason, if you don’t take them on time that is not my issue. Already told them I’m taking them to court over it. Disgusting DO NOT USE

Hello Kylelufc1, we're sorry you feel this way. A direct debit would attempt to collect your payment on your due date and would only ever be taken later if this fell on a weekend or bank holiday. Any late payments can cause a 0% interest offer to be removed. App doesn’t recognise login credentials? This isn’t user error! Why will it not recognise my account number? I can login (eventually) online (after getting stuck in login loops 🤦🏼‍♀️), app not fit for purpose!! Only downloaded as it wont let me make a payment online it’s glitching out, figured the app might work instead but nope!! Seriously how can the online portal and app be so useless?? Please can someone fix this I just want to make a payment!!!
