Description
Set up, onboard, and manage all of your Nebra Hotspots with the Nebra Hotspot app. Download the app, prepare your hotspot, and pair it via Bluetooth with just a few simple steps. This app is only compatible with the Nebra Helium Hotspots. Either import your existing Helium account on the app or create a new Helium wallet to get started.
Nebra is a Helium-approved manufacturer, providing several solutions for the Helium network, including an indoor and outdoor hotspot. These solutions offer miles of wireless network coverage enabling IoT devices (specifically LoRa/LoRaWAN devices) to utilise the network. Nebra is already working on the next generation of hotspots; a light hotspot and a 5G ready hotspot.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone
The app doesn’t appear to work on the new iPhone. I’m able to see the hotspot but can’t get past the use Ethernet or wifi screen. Seems to be an app issue. I’ve got three useless Nebra hotspots as I can’t onboard them. Support are pretty terrible. No response in over a week and no eta provided on when they will fix the issue.
Would avoid buying a Nebra hotspot so you don’t have to use their app.
What?
Have to use this to set up the miner. Once I click register it takes me to a website that doesn’t load and the miner won’t update.
Not working on IPhone
As other users reported, there is no way to connect them online via the Nebra App.
