The BEST app for work travel

Honestly don’t know how this could have made my work trip any better.

I’ve used other products before like Concur and it doesn’t even come in the same league as Navan. All so quick and easy; easy to see what is in policy or not, easy to make changes after booking, expenses already pre approved while on trip means NO RECEIPTS!!!!

Really poor

Where to begin… like others Navan are utterly useless when a flight is cancelled by the airline. My experience started with them insisting that the flight wasn’t cancelled (it was), then stating I had to travel on the same airline but a week later (that’s not how business travel works) and then finally “agreeing” to call British Airways to have the cancelled sector removed from my itinerary so that I could book an alternative flight myself… which I did through Google Flights because the Navan app didn’t show a large number of available options. 5 months later and we’re still awaiting reimbursement for the cancelled sector.
The app also doesn’t allow you to search for return trips in the same cabin type. Long-haul premium economy is priced with a return in an economy cabin. The true return fare is far higher and probably less than other options. Once again, it’s easier to search for accurate pricing and then find that same itinerary on the Navan website - or simply call them to book it.

I just want to create my account 😫

Been travelling with work and have been told I need to sign into Navan to get codes so I can transfer them into points. When trying to log into Navan all I’m getting is unable to log in contact support.

Went to the website to create an account, instead of account being created all I’m getting is an email saying thank you for interest in our demo? I don’t want access to your demo account. I want to create an account to log into your app?

Unless I’m missing something incredibly simple in which case I was change this review however at the moment this makes 0 sense, there’s no way to just create your account without signing up for a demo as the account login email I will be using is a large business? Why not add a section for employees to create an account and for business owners to create an account?
