Pulsa tidak masuk tetapi saldo saya sudah terpotong. Waktu di coba dikonfirmasi via live chat tidak ada penyelesaian. Mengecewakan.
Surprisingly bad
Cant top up via the app. If its not one issue its something else. Customer service never replies. When they do, they just say to top up via the app even thats why you’re contacting then because its not working. No way to get any information from the website either. Sends you back to the app for top up.
