Disappointing
The app does not clearly state that if you pick up a car from point A it has to be returned to the same point. So have been told to pay an additional €100 for the car to be picked up. Might as well have used Avis or Europecar.

terrible service
this is the most awful service and car hiring company. they are just caring about the car. god forbid your car breaks. it literally ruined our christmas night. I strongly suggest to avoid it at all cost
Horrible customer service
Couldn’t open the car for 25 minutes, as their app was not working. Got charged for the extra time. I complained, and they gave me a discount code but no refund. Next time, they simply deleted my reservation and invalidated my discount code THAT I RECEIVED TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR OWN FAULT. When I called customer service, they hung up on me after I stated my problem. Never using this company again and strongly recommending this to my friends and family as well. This is an unacceptable way to treat a paying customer.
