App access whilst away from home
The minute you are out of the country, or even out of London the App cannot be accessed. It’s so frustrating. You think you are going mad, it’s like you don’t exist even when you know your email address and PW are correct.
Password
If I ever log out, it never accepts the password set and you need to reset. Try to reset the password and I get a message in Italian. I enter my email for a password reset and nothing happens! Virgin active - you seriously need to up your game and get some more investment into the IT
