I am away from home a lot and use this app to turn my heating and water on/off remotely. I have never come across such poor design. It’s like software from the 1980’s You would think that such an established company would clean up there act and invest in up to date simple design. A simple holiday on/off switch would be great!
This is absolutely not user friendly.
I’ve had to chase the Nibe uplink support team several times through email…..although they’re quick to respond, answers come back in broken English and hard to understand instructions on how to use the app.

This app is really poorly designed, hard to comprehend, and is overall not designed to be user friendly for the end user. On top of that, you’re expected to pay yearly to be able to use it properly through their Premium subscription, which gives you access to basic features such as managing the system remotely, which I would think is the whole point of the app. Most users will have spent significantly on installing the NIBE system already, so to have to pay to manage it remotely feels a bit much.

Old version (Uplink) much better than this app which I had to transfer to. And I pay an annual fee of £24 for it too! I have lost functionality (system information log history is no longer available) and setting the time in schedules is very difficult. This is because the app time selection spins around like a fruit machine, and selects random times even after a time has been set. I would like to give this 0 stars. Developer - Do Better!
