I purchased a ticket & audio guide download for timed entry to Cordoba Cathedral-Mosque on 16th March 2024. The booking confirmation explained that my ticket and audio guide download would be emailed to me 12-24 hours before my entry slot. The email arrived 6 hours before. No ticket or audio guide was attached. The ticket office clerk at the Cathedral-Mosque looked at the email and told me it was invalid. I therefore had to pay again. As I learned later there are countless Google reviews from people who had the same experience as me. Do not use My Top Tour to book tickets for any monument or attraction in Spain or anywhere else. Buy tickets on the day or via the official website of the monument/ attraction.

The app advertised as free but it sells access to audio guides at 4 euro per person . at its own website by passing Apple inc commission charges.

The app is buggy with awful voice used. When you accessing it on a phone without headphones it stops or switches off. Really terrible design. At the same price you can get proper official guide at any of the attraction but more elaborate stories.

They represent themselves as an official supplier for the attraction. They are not. We eventually got the real tickets via their what’s app. The audio guide was dreadful we couldn’t listen to it. The voice was dull and uninterested. Deeply unimpressed and feel they are fraudulent. Over charged us considerably. Avoid!
