Learn lessons from Dialog
I have both SLT and Dialog connections and I’m sorry SLT but the Dialog app totally owns yours. You seem to have gone for style over substance and really REALLY basic features like being able to see a full bill (as in an exact replica of the paper bill) simply don’t exist - or if they do are hidden so deep that this user, with a history software product management, cannot find them. It also is a ‘mare to navigate. Way too much mystery meat. Three stars is generous.
Cannot pay my bills through this
Don’t know which to blame; the “super fast” internet speeds or the software devs made this “very functional” app.
According to SLT call center, every time this app is unresponsive, I have to logout and log back in. Even then, the payment system does not allow me to pay my SLT bill.
SLT Please fix your app with money you are spending on promoting this hot mess.
Bugs, bugs, more bugs
MySlt is probably the most buggiest applications in the history of apps. If you logout, you cannot log back in. Despite trying 100 valid entries. Just says Login failed/error occurred etc
No features such as per day data rental, quick payment (this process is a nightmare on this app) etc which are in MyDialog
