Hangs all the time, but you knew that already which makes one wonder why ask us to rate the app when you’ve never fixed whatever is wrong!!!!!!

Not yet fully working.

Not sure what’s going on. The app generally works really well for most things. But!!!! The “view my balances” button rarely works. There’s no shadow to show it’s been pressed, I wait and wait but nothing. I close the app, reopen and still nothing. It’s been like this for the last 2 updates. Including this latest one. My favourites for paybill and buy goods have all disappeared, if I try to add again it tells me it already exists, but I can’t access it. This app goes backwards in usability. I would love it just to do what it used to do!!!! Id also like a feature where I can search my mpesa transactions for a person or their number to check old transactions.

Hello Tony.These features are already available on the app just tap on the mpesa tab on the bottom > mpesa statements > money out > send money > search by name . With every new app version, we are introducing new features and improving existing ones. . Home fiber internet payment

When I had installed the app for the first time, it was very easy for me to top up my home fiber internet through your app, change package etc.

For the last almost year, I had once tried to change my package- since then the app is ‘frozen’ for my internet payment plan and despite of several complaints, no one is able to correct the anomaly.

Disappointed
