Fantastic bank app needs further improvement
I have been an prime bank account holder since 2020 .This app helped me a lot to saving money from abroad , I can easily get access whenever I want .However it needs further updates and software enhancements like order new debit card online when it lost, option to freeze account and debit/credit card to prevent frauds.
I can understand that they made it easy for all sorts of people so that they can use it without difficulties. If My prime app comes with few more updates and features in terms of its design/card freezing/defrosting/confirm payment with password, it will me much more secure and confidential for everyone.
