I've been a loyal Myntra customer for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and excellent customer service. I've never had any issues with orders or deliveries, and I always look forward to exploring the latest trends on the platform.

User friendly and quick to find items
The search on the website is very easy and showing similar items is also very handy for a quick decision
Blocks negative reviews - cannot trust
I would have given the app 5 stars as it is convenient and provides a great selection. However, when it comes to trustworthiness and transparency the app is highly suspicious. I have purchased items that are not as described or shown (eg. supposedly stretchable jeans turns out not to be stretchable, or a top is shown as having proper lining but the lining in the real top is too low making the top see-through etc). But these reviews are always rejected with no reasons provided. I don’t say anything rude in it or mention delivery related info as per their rules, but they are still rejected. I wouldn’t have ordered some of those items had I read such reviews. Even if I can return the item, I am still charged a service fee. I contacted their customer support about this issue - they said they’ll fix is straight away and then did nothing.
