Appointments not working

This app doesn’t work, when I press the button for appointments nothing happens, I can’t make an appointment.
Often doesn’t load my data when I open the app, so I have to restart it multiple times.
I can’t search for doctors as it says no data found.

Bad layout

Why does this app show ineligible doctors? I want to see the ones I am eligible for under my insurance, but there is no button to filter this! I’m scrolling through trying to find a gynaecologist I am eligible for but literally can not find one!
The list of clinics I am eligible for document is also ridiculous!! It’s totally unclear, the address is cut off and the name of the clinic is also cut off so I can’t actually see where they are! I also don’t know if they specifically have a gynaecologist!
I’ve tried to message on the help button but it’s just AI, I want to speak to a human!!
Absolutely infuriating because I need to see a doctor!!

It’s bad

Nothing works. There is no list of providers. There is no way to make an appointment. There is no way to see notifications.

If the feature exists, it’s probably broken. If it’s not broken, it’s probably slow. If it’s not slow or broken, it is probably too confusing to use.

Just a really bad app. Makes me wonder if there any good health insurance apps in the whole country.
