Buggy
Freezes up randomly, but the biggest issue for me is how difficult it is to make payment. I’ve been using this app for years and sometimes payments work, most of the time not. Today I booked a stay successfully, then tried booking the same hotel at different dates, and it failed (repeatedly). This happens very often. Also, frustrating to have to find and enter booking codes to manage my existing bookings.
Disappointing App
I read the only review available prior to installing the app hoping something would be useful to me. Sadly, the Jan review was spot on and there is no real benefit to using the app, as it is.
You can’t track your bookings, you can’t manage your bookings - the app asks you for your booking name and reference and then proceeds to exit taking you to the website display your booking details.
Also, you can’t view any bookings or details relating to your active bookings within the app, which to me is an important feature.
Hopefully a future update will align this app to be at least a little like other useful hotel apps. Until then I’ll not be using. I will login via the website to manage and book hotel rooms, and I’ll frankly only be doing this when the other brands I use are not available for my trip dates.
The app, when reviewing in March 2019, could have been so much better. 😓
Very poor
This company advertises on their site a discount if you sign up and become a member however it does not allow you to create an account. Once you’ve entered your details the site just freezes on a loading screen. Tried it on the website and app on both my phone and iPad and experienced the same problem. Disappointing. Do not bother downloading this app
