Can’t do order on line or order a sharps box

Not a good thing I can’t even order my sharps box or my injections

Deeply unimpressed

I’m really not pleased since I got moved to this service for my injection delivery (not that I had any choice). Every single time there have been problems with my orders and I’ve had to contact the service. The app has no way to ‘order a delivery’ like it says it does. You can ‘confirm a delivery’ but this only works if the service themself puts in the order for you, which they don’t seem to do. There’s no way to track your delivery, edit your order or change the items on the order (the service added unnecessary extras and I could not take them off any way). Then it is really hard to get in touch via the app. If you hit the contact us button it just comes up with a phone number and nothing else - which is very inaccessible for anyone hard of hearing. When you do call, it takes a very long time to get through to. It took some searching to find their email address too. The app is terrible and the service isn’t great either. Please fix it.

Abysmal

Supplier of medication changed to this company can’t get the app to work freezes continually, text overlaid other text so preventing imputing of data or unreadable was with sciensus before their app worked perfectly never an issue haven’t even started new medication yet and already frustrated with this app it doesn’t work and am deleting it hopefully company can find another way for me to order but judging by other reviews it seems that all means of contact are patchy or nonexistent.
