Our doctor told us to do IGG Blood test but they gave IGE report to my mom. I find it hard to believe how such a big institute can make such a big mistake. I am an international patient who went here to get good treatment. How can such a mistake be accepted at the place!? I had to delay my flight for this report. I had to face a lot of trouble in all directions which was not expected in any way. I hope the authorities will look into this matter more.
How does it work for new patients??
The search function for state and city doesn't work either on the app or over a web browser which is not allowing completion of patient profile as those fields are marked mandatory. therefore can't book an appointment either. shows no testing has been done before rolling it out to real customers!! appalling
Unusable
App tells me has sent an OTP to verify login. It hasn’t, so I can’t use it. Deleted.
