Description
MyDriveTime for Students helps you to connect and share information with your driving instructor as you continue on your learning journey. Here’s what you can do:
- MY DETAILS: View and update your personal data, including your name, address and contact information.
- My INSTRUCTOR: Access your instructor’s details and contact them directly through the app.
- FUTURE LESSONS: See details of your upcoming lesson and beyond, as well as the number of pre-paid hours you have before a top-up is due.
- PAST LESSONS: Revisit your previous and all past lessons and see how many hours you’ve completed so far.
- PROGRESS: Keep track of your accomplishments as you learn new skills.
- PAYMENTS: A record of the payments you’ve made and the time you’ve purchased, used and still have remaining.
- THEORY TESTS: Manage your theory test attempts and their outcome.
- DRIVING TESTS: View details of your upcoming practical test once booked, and review any past test attempts.
- RESOURCES: Access helpful links, documents and information shared by your instructor.
USING OUR APP
In order to make use of this essential tool, your instructor must be using MyDriveTime to manage their driving school. If they are, ask them for an invite to begin. If they’re not using MyDriveTime, you’re out of luck. Why not help them with their observations by pointing them to https://www.mydrivetime.co.uk to find out more?

Putting pupils in charge of their lessons
As an instructor I’m often asked “How do you find a good instructor?” My reply is find one that cares about their pupils and shares what they do with them.
The MyDriveTime app just made that so much easier! Progress, payments, and planning are now easy to access.
Instructors - I’ve looked at most of the options for pupil management. Some are clunky and impersonal, others look great but lack the stability and security to trust them. MyDriveTime has the build quality that makes me confident my data is safe and secure. The team couldn’t be more supportive, honest and understanding of being an ADI.
I’m not naturally organised, and I’m great at putting it off until tomorrow. Using MyDriveTime fills in the gaps in my business skills, while I get the job done.

My instructor has just upgraded to use this app in companion with an instructor app.
It makes booking and keeping track of bookings, keeping up to date with my progress and also keeping an eye on payments a lot easier.
Remembering to take a pamphlet or book with me in prep for a lesson was a pain, in these modern times you never go anywhere without your phone, so problem solved.
Easy to pick up and use, nice plain English not over complicated, tells me all I want to know, so deserves a full 5 stars.
