You can do this by going to the menu, selecting "Profile," and clicking "Edit Profile." Choose the right network from the dropdown list and click "Update Profile." Also, provide your account on the feedback to further assist on your concern. The Amazon MyCommute Ops Carpool app is region-specific and available in active countries. Download the app and sign up with your Amazon account. Select "Carpooling Network" location during registration but you may update it in your Profile too. For email issues, contact your manager, local IT, or find ERC details via "Forgot your password?" or "View the FAQ".
