Worked great for a few months..... then...
Recently rides haven’t uploaded to MyCampy app from Garmin. Deleted app, reinstalled, switched Bluetooth on/off, disconnected Garmin reconnected but still rides ain’t pulling through. Also on desktop I’ve tried to drop .tcx .gpx files but I get ‘error’ message.
Fortunately eps works better than the app. So, developers, any ideas?
Still bad...
While marginally better app still crashes, I can’t change the shifter modes, random Italian menus, wants reviews all the times, hangs with spinner or crashes completely. Also, why can’t I update the PU without a mech account? I mounted the system and zeroed it just fine, surely can do that again?
Update progress bars on the other units don’t advance, update detection seems random, 404 error messages entering My EPS, the whole session thing is massively convoluted while not needed in the age of Strava and so on and so forth. Ah, Integration with Garmin Account fails with some random error message „array 1“. Really helpful.
Campa, please hire the app development out to someone who knows how to do this.
Support useless.
No reply from Campagnolo was received as they have suggested in their reply to this review. My only contact was with the UK based Campagnolo agent who said it was a good idea and would talk to Campagnolo about it. Why can’t Campagnolo put 2 or 3 memory settings into the App, so that when you have trimmed the rear mech for a wheel set you can store it into the App rather than have to trim the rear mech every time you change the rear wheel ?
The App works ok for updates to V3, however, the Support email address that is given in response to App issues is useless. I’ve sent two mails but still waiting to hear from them.

We answered to your mail on June 21, 2019 to your hotmail.co.uk mail sent from your ipad written on May 26th apologizing for the delay due to support mailbox problems :)....The settings you are asking are interface settings not transferable to the app for patents reasons and techincal reasons. It should be implemented with a laborious firmware update (except patents). We have no plan to develop firmware release for V3 interface, on which we still provide only warranty support.
