Reliable and convenient

After researching taxis and rates in Bali, Bluebird Taxis were the most trusted, but you have to make sure you are truly using the genuine bluebird taxis, by using the app you can have peace of mind that you are using genuine trusted drivers. I was in Bali for 2 weeks and mainly used in the Seminyak/Kuta regions and it never let me down! You do need to refresh the app for it to update where the driver is but overall very reliable and much cheaper than other taxis and resort services!

Frustrating experience

The inability/difficulty in cancelling a ride once it has “arrived” is infuriating. I had a situation today where a driver arrived at the pickup. He waited about 15 seconds and then left. When I arrived at the hotel lobby the driver was not there, but the app is saying “driver arrived”. There were no options to cancel the ride. If there is an option, it’s well-hidden. I was stuck in a frustrating position where the driver was not cancelling the order and I literally couldn’t .
