Useless
It is an app that just does not work. It used to be practical to be able to access my rent log and report repairs, but the past few months it just does not work at all. It gets stuck on the ‘please wait’ after making a selection but doesn’t progress. It’s a shame because in today’s age, functionality of doing things online is essential - but this app is made impossible to do so. Even on the website, it directs you to use the app so you cannot win when the app does not work.
What’s the point
Used to be such a. Good app could look at my rent, book repairs see if I was in credit keep up with rent payments etc now the app dnt even work always says please wait and does nothing for months and they clearly do not care about fixing it !
Wouldn’t bother downloading cause it doesn’t do what it’s meant to do ! Well not anymore
