Unable to pay bills via app
The app is worthless. Unable to use the app to pay bills. The automated ‘help’ is absolutely no help at all. The app hangs and does nothing, so you are forced to close the app and start again. There are no contact details to call and speak to a real person for real support.
I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times as suggested by the automated ’help’, but no improvement.
A very disappointing customer experience. Despite having been a customer since 2018, I think it’s time to try an alternative supplier.
Since I am unable to pay my bill via the app, I expect that sooner or later my access and account will be frozen, so I will have no alternative but to go elsewhere.
One of the worst apps ever made
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I have purchased add-ins, which don’t appear in my balance. The app logs me out randomly, and also often shows incorrect balances. There are a number of annoying bugs and glitches and the overall usability of the app is atrocious. There is no semblance of rationality that has gone into the design of this app. You’d think a multibillion dollar, publicly listed, company could come up with something better, but alas - this is the best they can muster up. Pathetic to be quite frank.
Not user friendly
No proper guidance for setting up esim. Overall Vodafone has very lengthy procedures. Taking time and more effort which I could do within 15 mins with one email in other country service provider.
