Extremely difficult to report a repair accurately and then crashes or doesn’t register it. That or you get the message ‘this repair cannot be reported please telephone….

You are encouraged to download this app when calling but when you open the app you are asked to log in each time. It looks like a web page and is hard to navigate. Each time I go to raise a new repair the app freezes or shuts mid submission or when uploading images. May aswell delete the app and just call or use safari.

If you have any problems and you think they will help you, you’re wrong. Sort it yourself and don’t spend your nerve and time. The behest wrong decision in my life to be their resident. I wish back to past and rent a privet place not five years waiting in queue and than all those problems and no one available to help.
Year and half ago I came in my flat and one lady was here and she pass me a key and one phone number. From that day till now I try to contact someone involve with company.... no number no answer no care just some letters just about rent and money, nothing else , 3 days I had no power, I didn’t find anybody to report and finally I spent 75£ to repair, and now someone appear and saying you did with your decision it’s not our problem. Disgusting disgusting disgusting
In my culture we call this type of people thieves, about English culture, not sure
