Recharging
Easy to recharge however not provided with the information on the tariff - how many texts/minutes are included with each. Only shows the amount of data. This is quite annoying
Usage tracking removed in Version 10
After updating to Version 10 the app no longer shows your roaming data usage. It has also redesigned some other sections and made them less useful. I wish apple let you uninstall updates because this update is terrible.

Hi Carl, you can still check your roaming usage via the app by navigating into Services > Select the particular mobile number > Scroll down - click on Settings > International Roaming > Scroll down and click on Estimated roaming Spend. Kartik
Problems with recharging
My Optus used to be great but lately I have a lot of problems recharging. I’ve paid for two separate recharges and not been able to make calls, send texts or use data. Even though my service screen tells me I have calls, texts and data available. Didn’t get much help from the team on these occasions.
