Faulty doesnt accept CAN
Does not accept can. Customer service has been trying for 3months to resolve but to no avail. When followed up , they just say that it is still being resolved
DOES NOT ACCEPT CAN
Have been in touch with your customer service for months now and they just kept saying check my internet connection, every time I ask them for help. Please do not deactivate your old app until this is working! Even better, do not bother with this new app as it is USELESS!
CAN not?!
CANnot accept my account number. App devs please do something about it. I tried putting it in manually and thru scanning. Would not push thru.
This is such a hassle.
