Ratings and Reviews
App doesn’t work - terrible
In 2019 I used the previous Hong Kong Airport app and it was genuinely really useful and made my 9 hour layover so much easier.
In 2024 I’ve tried using the app on 2 separate visits and not once have I been able to get the app to load. It just stays on the loading screen forever. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, but this has made no difference. Currently (Feb/Mar ‘24), this app is pointless and exits without purpose. HK Airport might as well dispose of this.
