Missed lift rides
How accurate is this app? It missed some lift rides today. What else is not right?
Can’t open ticket without WiFi or mobile connection all day
I got this for a 1 day visit. I don’t live in the US so had no mobile access. It would time out constantly - so after about 30 minutes when I opened the app it wouldn’t show my pass. It only worked for me because a friend of mine had a hotspot he made for me, would have ruined my day otherwise (or at least made me go back into the village, get WiFi, hoped it kept my ticket until I could use it) and cost me lots of extra.
Also my friend kept having trouble with Bluetooth, had to open app and scan barcode and couldn’t just keep in his pocket.
Really poor for an app whose #1 job should be to let you ski without any hassle on the day and literally just work as a digital lift pass.

Could be Epic!
Decent app but for some reason it keeps putting my location in the UK when trying to reserve tables. Reservation process is clunky and required multiple logins.
The map could be really useful but it constantly snapping back to my location so it’s really difficult to plan a route. Also we ended up at a piste not listed on their map. Made it quite difficult to plan.
The list queue times would be useful, but I’m not sure how accurate it would be
