My Airtel Africa 4+

As a mifi user this app is very good for me, I can view the data balance and make payment when due.

I’ll just want to see future versions have low data notification, and for Airtel to improve their network service, which has been poor this past few weeks (hence why I’m rating it with 4/5 stars)

The app has come a long way since its initial launch—great job by the development team!

However, I’m still experiencing an issue in V1.3.55 within the transaction history. Incoming and outgoing transactions only display my own name, rather than showing the sender or recipient. It would be great if this could be addressed.

Additionally, I’d love to see a feature that allows users to request money by selecting multiple contacts or an individual contact and sending a request directly to the app. Optionally, a request link could also be generated.

I left mtn for airtel due to poor service in connection and all. Unfortunately, same is happening with airtel now, I call and the other person doesn’t hear a word I’m saying or we both can’t hear each other or it’s all badly scrambled and all of these, you still get charged.
Internet connection at its worst also since around Dec 2019.
At times my phone won’t ring ones for like an hr and by the time the first call comes in later, they start asking why was my line off.
Doesn’t make sense to be very honest.
