Enjoy an online connection with your car.
At present, the MyŠkoda app supports cars with the Škoda Connect services. You can easily check availability by entering the VIN in the MyŠkoda application or using the availability list at www.skoda-auto.com/list.
The modern design of the application, which received a Red Dot Design Award in the Interface & User Experience Design category, was recently updated further as part of our new rebranding.
The MyŠkoda app is even more intuitive and allows you to control many features of your car such as remote unlocking and climate controls. You can easily check the status of battery charging time and manage the charging remotely including charging schedules.
The journey planning feature helps ensure a smooth trip, allowing you to choose convenient rest stops, as well as potential charging points for longer journeys.
You can also view all vital car information, such as remaining time or distance till service inspection. You will always be informed about the status of crucial parts, such as the engine, brakes, lights, and more. In addition, finding the contact details of approved service partners and arranging visits if needed are always hassle-free.
The application’s new homepage always displays the most important vehicle information and, using a new widget feature, you will be able to gain a quick overview of the vehicle lock status, range, battery charging, most recent update time of widget, vehicle name, and number plate. You can also generate digital vehicle certificates with selected technical data from Vehicle Details.
In terms of sharing and access, up to four guests can remotely control your Enyaq (and as the main account holder, you can also remove them or disable their access through the application).
When ordering a new vehicle, you will be able to track the production and delivery progress up until the point of handover*. You can also enjoy the benefits of the customer programme**, and now, for the first time, you can receive all the latest updates from the Škoda media world.
This new MyŠkoda access, including remote service, has been extended to other Škoda models with combustion engines.
The MyŠkoda app is constantly being updated to include more models and is designed to help you get the most out of your Škoda vehicle. It is available for free download on the App Store.

App not working
The app is not working properly for a few days now it is not showing vehicle status it’s saying activation needed instead then it has a read circul on power pass services and when you go onto the the app crashes and put me back to my Home Screen I can’t charge at home as it’s linked to my OVO account for cheaper rate and it also keeps canceling my ac charge I have to keep starting it lasts for about 3 mins and then stops please sort
This out it can’t only be me that has experienced this iv deleted and downloaded the app again and still no difference

Sometimes great
The app is great when it comes to heating up my car in the winter without leaving my house however, the charging option is a bit “I’ll work or charge your car when I feel like it”. I set preferred times of charging (12-6) and it’ll allow my car to charge at my old preferred times(10-7) meaning I don’t always get full use of the cheapest energy tariff I’m on or, I have to go outside and make the car stop charging and wait until midnight, if I can be bothered, to charge my car without using the app.
Sometimes I have left the charger in the car and it says connected/conserving battery until the charge time comes, then when it comes to charge the car, the cable is “disconnected”, even though it’s not be touched by anyone and is still in the charging port in my car. So again, I just go outside and sort it myself - the first time it did this, I didn’t know/was asleep and couldn’t go to work the next day because the car hadn’t charged overnight due to this error.
The other older app was much better and reliable and easier to navigate!

Poor communication with charging station
I think the app is quite clever and has some useful features, but the thing I use it for most is monitoring charging. There appears to be more or less no communication with my charging station (which was supplied as part of a Škoda sales promotion, incidentally). If the station uses its smart charging feature to delay charging, which it sometimes does, sometimes doesn’t, it would help if the app or the dashboard message told me what was happening, rather than just saying it’s unable to connect, which leaves me unsure whether charging will take place. Your response may be that there are many different chargers your app would need to be able to communicate with. Fine. The Volkswagen Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of EVs and should use that market position to start driving for common inter-device communication standards.
