Good content some issues that could be improved
Content is good but the subtitles seem to switch on and off at random. Also it would be much improved by having the ability to cast onto the TV.
Couldn’t reset Password
I downloaded, watched one episode, thought the content was really good, but then the next time I tried to get in it kept rejecting my password with no way of resetting it. It also stated I wasn’t signed in, but then when I went to settings it said I was already signed in. I’ve now deleted it because there’s no point in having an app on my desktop that I can’t access.
Terrible usability
Actual content is great but usability of the app is awful. Subtitles on the Spanish lessons are in Italian and there is seemingly no way to change them into English. The app has logged me out and I can’t remember my password but there’s no reset password option. Ridiculous. And the developers don’t respond to emails.
