Does all we need

Our band had used Muzodo for several years now so this review is based on experience. Finding availability for gigs has been made really easy. I can see at a glance who is available , who hasn’t replied etc and the ability to send reminders automatically is really useful. We also use it for deciding between several possible dates for a meeting. The single email address for all members means no one misses out on communications.
I’ve found that if I’m are prepared to search the functionality of the site I can usually find what I want and if I can’t, an email to Chris Ahern elicits a prompt and helpful reply.
I can’t imagine how we ever managed without Muzodo.

Fantastic resource!

After many many years of being fixed via mobile phone or email this resource is brilliant as a place to sort out dates in the diary and different needs ( say for lifts or dress codes ) the alternative google spreadsheet was ok but there was no way to delete it from one’s g drive without it mysteriously turning up again years later ( not so good when fixing funeral choirs…). And recent changes to doodlepole similarly couldn’t cope with voting for which day to run the concert or rehearsals on. All of this is solved by Muzodo ( Ie a do fixed by and for Muzos…) and is a handy external to diary resource to see what’s coming up and who’s been invited /coming. I’m impressed and enjoying how easy it is to find information regarding each gig without having to wade through endless emails from the same originating organisers.

Great app

Surprised to see such a low rating, we use this app at a couple of bands and it works really well for us.
As admin you get to see all the responses so know who can or can’t make the job. What I would say is that the app is only as good as the people responding if people don’t respond it won’t work.
We emphasise every week that we need the responses so that we can plan rehearsals and events … it takes time and a lot of nagging with some players but once they get it, it works really well. Also like the reminder side of the app and the individual rating … always prestissimo 😅🤗
