HOW DOES MULLVAD VPN WORK?
With Mullvad VPN, your traffic travels through an encrypted tunnel to one of our VPN servers and then onward to the website you are visiting. In this way, websites will only see our server’s identity instead of yours. Same goes for your ISP (internet service provider); they’ll see that you’re connected to Mullvad, but not your activity. It also means that all the third-party actors with technology integrated into the various websites you visit can’t sniff out your IP address and use it to track you from one site to another. TELEMETRY AND CRASH REPORTS
The app collects a very minimal amount of telemetry, and it does not in any way tie it to an account number, IP or other identifiable information. Account numbers are used for authentication. App logs are never sent automatically but are rather explicitly sent by the user. App version checks are performed every 24 hours to tell the app if there are any upgrades available and if the currently running version is still supported.

Very pleased
I have tried lots of VPN’s and most were in the premium price bracket. This is not only very cheap, great minimal sign up, easy to pay with crypto ( you even get a discount if you pay that way ) but it’s simply the most reliable I have found. Speeds are constantly good, I have no drop offs and I will be installing this on all the devices in the household. I hope after this glowing review ( very rare for me ) it remains great . Keep it up .
By the way I am a genuine domestic user and this is a true valid review.
The only reason it is not five stars is that the UI is very basic.
1 of the best VPN’s I’ve used
I’ve used many VPN’s in my time through education and work life, this is one of the best I’ve used for connection process, speed and constant connection.
The standard that Amagicom AB hold for privacy while browsing the Internet is phenomenal, with being a Swedish company they don’t have to keep logs of their users data and simply act as the middle man for encryption of data being sent and received from the server that you are trying to access.
Don’t think there is a better provider for a VPN service especially for the price.
The best and most privacy focused
Mullvad’s entire foundation and goal is privacy, security and user experience, at what seems to be all costs.
This means they go trough extreme lengths and unseen technical challenges to ensure they have the least amount of information possible on their users and the least usage data being collected (effectively none currently).
This is a great stance, and I support them!
