MOZA Racing 4+

App freezes and won’t allow me any further then the initial screen - when I try to agree to terms and conditions it just shows them in an orientalist language. Have purchased R3 bundle but cannot see how to calibrate the pedals. The reaction time of the pedals is very slow, even after taking feet off both pedals the car is still driving Then the Brake will come on by itself Spent nearly £600 on this and can’t use it

Also reading the booklet it says hi calibrate the pedals but the app does not have a way of doing this - am using an Xbox

If you are buying an R3 to use on Xbox, dont bother, go fanatec. This app is needed to manage settings, but it is garbage. On a phone half the info is not visible on screen and on ipad it cannot be downloaded as the tick boxfor accepting terms and conditions does not allow younto tick it. Without the ability to set the wheel, it just vibrates violently and is not useable. GARBAGE (nor do they respond to help tickets). No point manufacturing what is potentially a good product, only for it to be let down by garbage infrastructure and support. Returning and off to Fanatec.

I’ve just swapped my phone to an iPhone 16 pro max from the iPhone 15 pro max which this app was working fine on ! So I go to log into the app for Moza r3 , put my email and password in and won’t let me press the button to log into the app , can’t change the region to use my phone to log in ??? I think you need to sort this asap or this is wheel pedals and dd unit are getting sent back !! Not happy at all !!! Will be taking it to trading standards in England too (Moza)!!!!!
