You name your exercise how you like. Simple click and enter some data. How many reps and how many in each rep!

You name your exercise variation how you like. You may want Standard, Traditional, Incline, Decline, Weight etc.

You can add a before, during or after photo for each exercise you complete.

View your weekly / monthly stats.
Now you can compare week by week stats. Want to compare month by month, we have you covered. Adjust your chart view to review specific moves like push-ups or crunches or burpees. It's a very powerful visual tool to keep you motivated.

Version 2.0

Allow users to select between Reps, Time and Distance.

Timed exercises like planks - that require holding your body for certain amount of time.

Distance exercises like walking, jogging, hiking and running.

Charts can now be printed in PDF to your printer or can be emailed to yourself.

This is a very great motivational tool as our hopes is that you try to increase your moves or decrease your time, with each exercise.

Our staff find this app extremely useful as a visual tool to see how they have been progressing for the week.
