Hay , get rid of the bug

You need to sort out the bug. I am a VIP member , for few months now the live monopoly game keep freezing , so I miss repeated bets . Contact customer services several times about this but they keep telling nothing wrong with the Apps. Ask me to take a photo shoot, waste of time. Joined another casino site and played the same live monopoly’s game . There’s no problems with the new site with the same game. Not going to waste any money on this Apps until they updated this Apps.
The only good thing about this site is the quick payout on the withdrawals. Please do not advise me to contact your customer support, I have already done so before I decide to write my frustration on here.

The developers advised me to re start my router, what a lot of rubbish. Nothing wrong with my router , as I said I am playing the same game on a different site with no problems at all. Using the same device and same router. Monopoly casino can’t be bothered, so until they sort out their glitch and bugs on this site, I am not wasting any more time and frustration and money on here. I did have a curtesy call the other day from monopoly casino, mentioned the issue to them. Don’t think they going to be bothered about it. Not going to waste any more time , just move on and take my money elsewhere.

It does seem as though you may be affected by connection issues, if the connection you are supplied with dips, the game would likely freeze and be unable to complete. Restarting your internet router may help with this.

The only casino I use.

Just amazing! Yes it’s gambling, and yes, sometimes you win sometime you loose. I’ve always thought those major and grand jackpots were fake… until I won it with over 8000£ in the pot. On a 40p bet. I was sceptical if the money would actually arrive, but low and behold, not even 5 minutes later I had the money in my bank account. That was in November 2022 and since then I have won multiple big wins in the upper 100s on a max. 50p bet.
Oh and I absolutely love the hasbro exclusive games! Well done monopoly casino, keep going!
