MOMENT - Cooking coach 4+

Moment gives you one-to-one, online coaching from a professional chef to take your cooking to the next level.
You’ll learn what you can’t from a recipe and understand the science behind food to control the outcome of your cooking, every single time. Get feedback on your cooking in your kitchen with your tools, and become a better cook in a matter of weeks.

How does it work?

1. Questionnaire
We’ll send you a questionnaire about your cooking, lifestyle and favourite dishes. Based on your answers, you will be matched with one of our world-class chefs who will be your personal Moment Coach.

2. Cooking Tracker
You’ll receive a Moment Cooking Tracker in the post. This gadget will automatically detect and record your cooking by clipping onto the underside of your cooker hood, and no sound is recorded. Around 5 mins after you cook, your phone will receive a link to a sped-up video of your cooking. You only need to share the relevant cooking videos with your coach.

3. Start Cooking
You will cook each dish three times so that you can see rapid progress in your cooking. Each time you cook, you’ll send the video captured by the Moment Cooking Tracker and your voiceover with your thoughts to your coach. You’ll rate your cooking out of five based on appearance, taste, texture and smell so that your Coach has a better idea of your level.

4. Get Coaching
Your coach will send back your cooking video with their voiceover, coaching you on what to focus on next time. This will be shared in a messaging channel with your coach where you can ask questions at any time.
